Our Background
Motsekuoa Incorporated Attorneys is a firm which was established by a young and dynamic lady, Tumi Motsekuoa, who served her articles at a small law firm in Woodmead from March 2013 until she was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in May 2015 and was appointed as an Associate at the same firm where she worked until December 2018.
Her legal skills span over a wide spectrum which includes Civil & Commercial litigation, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Matrimonial & Family Law and she specialises in Medical Malpractice.
She founded Motsekuoa Incorporated Attorneys in January 2019, and now provides legal advice and services to private as well as corporate clients.
Tumi Motsekuoa holds an LLB from the University of South Africa.
Our Vision
In today’s society there are those who feel that quality legal representation is reserved for the wealthy and that if you are poor you are not worthy of having a voice, Motsekuoa Incorporated Attorneys is a firm that challenges these notions everyday and is driven and guided by a hunger to help real people in communities.
They contribute to the development of our country’s legal system by being a voice for the voiceless and are proving to society that everyone has the right to respectable legal services that they can be proud of.
I would like to pass my gratitude to Tumi (Motsekuoa Inc). I came to her looking for help with my hospital negligence experience. She listened and from day one she knew I had a case.
Tumi and her team did everything to help me from booking me to see the specialist, gynaecologist and psychiatrist. It was not easy it was a long process. At times I didn’t have money to go to JHB and they would arrange transport for me. I guess their enthusiasm kept me strong and I was patient with them though I would call them and ask them how far are they with my case and they were never irritated by me they answered all my questions even the stupid ones. My case with them took a year to be resolved.
I’m grateful for the excellent service they gave me, I remember I was so scared to take the stand during my appearance at the high court but Tumi kept me calm and told me to answer all the questions honestly and to the best of my knowledge. I got my capital (29-06-2020) and its all thanks to them. I wouldn’t have done it without them. Thank you so much to you Tumi and your team. God bless you all.
